The reason the binds doesn't work atm is, becuase they don't work. The binds wont load after a reload, therefor a timer is the only way to build. I'm trying to figure out another way, since there's no way I can get the binds to load, or attach the object to your cursor instead of the player. There might be a way, somehow. But I don't know about it yet.

The upcomming release will be abit special, most of you will probably hate me.

Changes in upcomming update:

- AI should not ignore you regardless of skin etc etc.
- Starting loadout changed to painkillers + bandage, nothing else.
- Since you start without a backpack, the Patrol Pack will be added to residential/store loot table.

Scratch that then, what about the Smelting system from Epoch, like Smelt Engine, Fuel Parts, Tank Traps for a scrap metal, or Craft Canvas Item from Clothing/Skin. other than that, Did you include the "FISHING" from epoch on this release? was trying to find that immaculate fishing rod  but to no avail so I figured maybe you didn't added it. other than that by anychance are you going to include all or most Epoch Features on this release? specially the Epoch Spawn Event.

I did implement the fishing system before, but I didn't get any fish (when I successfully caught one). But I could spawn them in, so I just ignored it at the time.

About the smelting, I'm not sure. I know that you can get scrap metal from engine parts. But I don't know more than that.

And yes, I'll probably implement more of the Epoch features as we progress. I've just held off because what we got still isn't working 100% perfectly.

Oh, gotcha. I don't know, I know that Fedus is having a longer break. And Haleks is on vacation or something, too. But they should both be back, unless, off course Standalone gets released soon.

I have no clue, this is a strange one. What usually makes me find glitches/uncompatible stuff is when I use it myself. Because when I add something new, I'll quickly see results.

This is now updated to 3.1

Taviana was also updated.



3.1 changes:

- AI should not ignore you regardless of skin etc etc.

- Some bases and barracks were added to Taviana.


You might get an error saying "Bad vehicle type", just like before. It does nothing so don't worry, and I'll fix it tonight. I just couldn't do it now, because I got an appointment.

upgrade to version 3.1, well ...and played in chenarus, podagorsk and taviana but the bandits do not want to kill me if I change my skin ....it and tried everything,I can only tell you that this did not happen before introducing the system epoch,epoch before everything was fine,not to do above,

*EDIT: I'll update the Taviana link now. You'll have to use 2 seperate codes for Podagorsk/Chernarus and Taviana. (Just to make it clear, Podagorsk and Chernarus share). But Taviana needs it's own code, for cutting down trees. The forrest isn't the same.

Good job Above.  Would you mind implementing the fix so that zombies CHASE other AI?  I get cornered by 100 zombies while the AI is 10 meters away firing their head off and the zombies completely ignore them.  Kind of ruins the immersion.

What I did to get it working just for Taviana :-

1. Download the files, "DaiZy BreakingPoint Chernarus + Podagorsk 2.3.zip", "BreakingZero SP Update 3.1.zip" and "BreakingZero Taviana.zip"

2. Extract the "DaiZy BreakingPoint Chernarus + Podagorsk 2.3.zip" to a new folder under your ArmA2 install (@BreakingPointTaviana in my case).

3. Go to this new folder and see that things need reorganising in it - everything under Addons\@BreakingPointPodagorsk should be brought up to the root of this new folder (no need to do the missions folder).

4. Extract the "BreakingZero SP Update 3.1.zip" and update/overrite your install above (aim it at the new @BreakingPointTaviana folder so that the Addons folder will overwite/update correctly).

5. Extract the "BreakingZero Taviana.zip" again updating/overwriting your install, same as above.

6. Now go to your new folder's missions folder (@BreakingPointTaviana/missions for me) and copy the "BreakingZeroTaviana.tavi.pbo" file into your Arma2 missions folder.

7. Update your shortcut to include the @BreakingPointTaviana folder/mod.

8. Start a single player game and select the "DaiZy BreakingZero Taviana" mission.

All fine here in the UK getting the 3.1 update (tested just now) but not the updated Taviana. The link gives, "The file you are trying to download is no longer available." Looks like you'll have to wait for that to be re hosted somewhere.

The files in the "Addons" folder in my downloads ALWAYS goes into your  @BreakingPoint folder. And missions goes in your mission folder, it's literally that easy.

And if you're playing Taviana, you'll have to replace dayz_code (unless you have 2 folders for BreakingZero).
And then copy the Podagorsk/Chernarus dayz_code back in, when you wanna play Chernarus/Podagorsk.
