Engine parts only take up one inventory slot - bug? Portable generators as well.

EDIT: Just encountered a survivor and couldn't interact with him at all.

It's not a bug, it's a part of the Epoch system I can and will most likely change it back to what it should be. =)

You couldn't interact with him, but he shot zombies for you and got in your group, at least?

Having not read all your patchnotes there's a chance I've missed this, but my two cents is that since Epoch is weight based, having an item take up X amount of slots is kind of irrelevant at that point, since after carrying a certain amount of weight you pass out. I would personally like to see that stick around.

If you've already changed the epoch weight/inventory capacity system to not use weight, and primarily uses slots instead, then obviously disregard this portion of the comment.

The reason I don't have an ideal fix is 1: No binds work after reloading. 2: You can only attach objects to the player, or another object. So attaching it to the cursor wouldn't work either (the most ideal option).

I've tried to run the binds in every possible way. They just don't wanna work.

Nope, we're not using the weight system, wich makes the slot variables way OP.

How do you know that you're not regaining blood? There's is an occassional glitch where the screen wont change color. Reloading will fix this forever.

And for canned food, it barely regains any blood. So not noticing is easy.


*EDIT: Ignore what I just said, it appears that you're right. I tried with chips. I'll sort this tonight or tomorrow.


BreakingZero 2.8C update! Food now regen properly. You might have to restart, but you shouldn't have to.

Quick question Above, If you have a friendly AI with you...and you get into the pilot seat of an Apache, they get into the gunner seat....do they actually use the on board weapons? or is this something I should test myself?

I have been working on the website and it has now moved from vanilla to wordpress forum. I now want to get a new project, an auto-updater! I was thinking addon sync 2009 but it has its issues. I am thinking of creating my own but I need more time (school, websites and fixing and upgrading my NAS server) so, for the time being is not on my list of thing to do. If anyone knows of any arma 2/ arma 2 OA addon updaters it would be greatly appreciated if you let me know. For now i will get the website finished and get it into full swing!

The up and down keys wouldn't matter, I've noticed that it changes last second. So you'd have a fucked up floor regardless. Now we need those binds anyways. Or well, I don't.
