There appears to be some duping glitches with the clothing packages as well.

I was in my default spawn skin (Civilian Clothing) and found a 'Military Outfit(2)' which I added to my inventory.  When I wore it, I expected to see Civilian Clothing swapped into my inventory but turns out I am now wearing Military Outfit(2) (which I confirm visually) and the swapped clothing package in the inventory is still 'Miltary Outfit(2)'.

I reloaded the savegame back to my default spawn skin.  Found Spec Ops clothing later and the same thing happens.  That is to say, you wear the Spec Ops clothing, the clothing that gets swapped into inventory is not the Civilian Clothing you wore previously, but another Spec Ops Clothing.

Not a game breaker, and Factions 1.7.7 is playing really well.  I got a really nice savegame where I just cleaned out a bunch of bandits and come under attack by an AI Huey who kept making strafing passes at me.  

P.S. Running FActions with JSRS, CBA, and CoWar (using the exact CoWAr modules per your recommendation, with the exception of Landtex and gdt grass/trees pbo which are laggy on my lower end system)

This is because Haleks haven't updated his skin script, it's not coded to give you whatever skin you had before. I think he changed it for the update, though.

Basically, the script doesn't know what to do with the package, so you get the same thing. It's just telling the game what to give you, not what to do with the package. :D

What beta patch are you using?

Try changing to the 103718 beta patch if you aren't already! have not had any problems since I changed over, hope this helps :)

Also thanks to Haleks & Above. You guys are doing some amazing and ridiculously fast work. I as many, appreciate it a great deal and commend you for your hard work. 2 Thumbs up guys

Oh yes, that's right. I remember R4ZOR saying something about delaying 1.7.7 to wait for a beta patch for it, or something. So that could be it, I'm always using the latest beta patch, that could be why I haven't seen it! :)

And thanks for the kind words, I guess neither me or Haleks got much of a life, mohaha. :3


ALSO, Haleks. If you haven't fixed the tent issue yet, you could use use the pack tent code from the BreakingPoint update, it's working well with 1.7.7 features. It's probably easy to spot the error, though. I haven't looked into it.

The simplest way to install  it : drop the pbo file in the addons folder inside @daizyFactions.
And that's it; it should work ;)

Depends on the changes they made! I bet that a few things will be broken - and since I didn't compiled all the custom files from within the mission (like I  should have), I guess I'm good for another day of testing & fixing things... :/

Sorry man confused myself too!

I have read way too many posts lol I thought you mentioned here somewhere your fps was pretty good with the new 1.7.7 and i thought you might have been using the latest beta patch, which could have helped fps. (but it seems you are using the stable version from commander 103718, not the latest 106400)

What do you mean?
I'm messing with it right now and it seems better than 1.7.7... They even added a new animation for the tackling thing (the character gets up faster).

But they also disabled the zeds spawns while in vehicle - gonna have to "fix" that ;)

But I can't play to the 1.7.7 because you remove the multiplayer, :D

Can you restore it and add a cheat just for teleport?

Because, we play in 1.7.6.1 and I must spawn a vehicle for join my friend every time :D

I could add a teleport option to the cheats mission file; but it seems to me that it breaks the UI though?
I will also upload an optionnal dayz_code with the 'old' menu ;)
