Does loot respawn? I've been playing for two days and loot remained the same. I even tried the "loot farming" thing and still no result. Is it disabled?

The loot doesn't de-spawn at the moment (this is usually handled by a server reboot, and I'm afraid we currently don't have anything to work around that); but it should respawn in looted buildings after 10 minutes like in MP.

Hmmm... then something's wrong with my game. I'm pretty sure I installed everything following the instructions. Loot does not respawn. I might try starting a new game though. Thanks for answering.

I need some serious help installing this mod. I followed Astocky's video guide while installing the mod, and the game launches just fine from the Arma2 OA Beta Patch shortcut, modified like it is. But when I go to launch the skirmish, Arma gives me an error message about being unable to edit the mission because content has been deleted. It says I'm missing all the DayZ content, and ZeroDay (No clue what that is), but its all in the folder. Did I screw up somewhere? I'll also post my launching target for the shortcut, in case that's borked.

"C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\Expansion\beta\arma2oa.exe" -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@DaiZyFACTIONS

... I swear, if this is all because I don't have a quote at the end.

Yes indeed; you should have only one Addons folder inside @DaiZyFactions.

I think the combat speed thing was to make it so the harder zeds are a bit easier to get a shot off at when they are zig zagging. their random and sometimes glitchy movement on servers can really make it hard/impossible to hit them before they hit you in 1.7.7. I think overall they are aiming to remove some of the chance of being hit now that zeds cause more damage when they hit, can knock you down, can cause infection and can knock you unconscious. I think they just over-tweaked the speeds a bit too much. The speed changes will probably work better in SA where they slow down and then jump; but for the mod they really seem to need about 1/2 the change they made. either that or slow down at 5m instead of 10m

Hey Guys, in the CoWarMod(Lite) collection there is a mod which makes the scroll wheel menu smaller and adds a darker background. I like it, does anyone know which addon this is exactly? Coz I want to use it for other missions, but not the whole CoWarMod.

It is an addon called TrueUser and is part of TrueMods, the folowing addons will do that for you. (Black theme, small text and scroll wheel)

Hey,man! I don't see the "single-player" option in the main menu while i follow your installation steps. what I did is to download the Dayz 1.7.7.1 with dayz commander and then copied to overwrite the the DaiZyFactions addons folder. use J.S.R.S sound mod & CBA_CO. Need help! Thank you in advance!
Soon after I posted I found that was my misunderstanding of the installation, so I reinstall the Dayz 1.7.7, the single-player came back again!
And do I have to use the shotcut "Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch" to play this mod, my OA is BI version.

Nope, you'll need to create your own shortcut and specify what mods should be launched along with OA : this is very well explained in Astocky's video.

Besides the optionnal mission files (with cheats), not really. ^^
I might add more weapons to the table loot in a future update - and maybe some bandit camps.
Otherwise I think it runs quite well - there isn't much left to be fixed.

(Unless you guys have something to report!)

You've a good chance to find some in large cities, otherwise they're quite spread out on the map...
You'll have to get close to them and should see a "recruit survivor" option popping in the middle of the screen (or in the scroll menu). And they'll engage zeds - except if you play the bandit edition ;)
