I have noticed once I use the teleport option the UI food/drink does not work after that... If I dont use teleport it runs flawless

I'll either remove the teleport feature or fix it (if I can!).

well i am decidiing not to use the cowars mod because it conflicts with the way i want to play dude... i dont find it useful to ask a survivor to fly aircraft, only for them to take me 5 miles off the coast of kamenka and fly round in circles, as i explained in an earlier post.. if its cowar that is causing that then i cant use it.

Are you sure it's related to CoWarmod though? I don't have any problem with it.
Anyway, the Factions mod is totally playable by itself, without any additional mod. The Cowarmod is meant to overhaul some game mechanismes, it's far from essential. (But I do appreciate it ;)

Im getting some weird spawn behavior in regards to Zeds and to bandits.
Bandits eventually cut out if I move on from the major cities. Switching skins doesnt help.
This is usually 3-5 hours in, non stop play.

When friendly AI spawns, the Zeds stop spawning around me as I move about the map and only spawn near the friendly AI. Eventually loot does the same as well.

Its like the spawn "bubble" around the player gets stuck around the AI.
I have tried swapping skins to basic Day Z both through the cheat menu and via items in game. This doesnt seem to rectify either issue.

AI still gets hung up on potential threats they see, even when ordered to keep moving.

There's absolutely no way that AI could trigger Zeds or Loot spawn - it's just impossible : the only thing that make items or npc's spawn is the player, there's not a single variable concerning AI (except to set Zeds behaviour, obviously) in the codes. So if items do pop up, it's due to your presence around buildings : the dayz code is set to check the presence of a player near a building, and then spawn a certain amount of Zeds and items both defined by the building reference.

As for the survivors AI, if you want them to keep moving, best thing to do is to set them on "stay alert" mode and order them to hold fire. If you enable "stealth" or "danger" modes, the AI will make its own decisions and try to find a safe way to move - wich can take some time.

hey i can play the game just fine! the only thing is that i cant save my daisy.... when i quit it just says: you cannot play/edit this mission [...] missing content... can you help me with this issue?

Im aware of how the spawn system works. I was reporting an unusual instance involving spawns.
The spawning appeared centered around the ai survivors.
It occurred repeatedly. Today after playing for hours, it occurred again. But. This time it was around my vehicle and camp. Zeds still spawned when I reentered that are but ONLY that area.

The ai survivors were coincidental.

The solution I found was to simply save, exit, and reload the game.
This only worked IF i did this periodically. If I simply played a marathon session then the same error would occur.
Once saved, a saved game with that error would continue to do so.
Moral of the story: dont play day z SP for 8+ hours at a time with no breaks.

Can someone comfirm this please

I've started having trouble with "heli_extras"
Only noticed after a while of playing i had used a cheat then suspend game and came out of game then return to the saved game later on to find that the left windows key shows no menu screen..

I did try reverting to other saves in my saves list...but with the same result

dont know if these 2 mods have a conflict being together.... heli_extras and RAV_lifter,,,cant see why?

only found this out after a few hours of playing...so wasnt to happy about it  ...

so if anyone could just test it by using any cheat then suspend...come out of game ...then return to game and game saved..
(maybe test on old save so you've been playing awhile)

P.S I know the cheat (teleporting) makes game go wrong but i never use that cheat on here

Instead of running heli_extras and RAV_filter at the same time try running them alone and then try. If works then theres the problem.
