Hello.
First of all, I would like to thank you, Above, and your friends for doing such an excellent work. I enjoy playing DayZ SP much more than MP, and you have my eternal gratitude for doing this. Altough this mod works like a charm, I do have a small problem. I don't know if it's just me, but the NPC spawn rate seems a little bit TOO high. I spawned just outside the city of Wietze, and once I got out of the forest, I was surrounded by, literally, 10 or more NPCs, shooting eachother (and me). Within minutes the whole area was covered with dead survivors, soldiers etc, because the NPCs kept respawning right in front of my damn face. Can you tell me if I did something wrong, or is it supposed to be like that?

PS.
Do you have any update planned for Lingor? I love Lingor.

That is really, really strange. I tested it for a long time before I uploaded it. And the AI seemed to spawn as intended, they would spawn far away from me, and appear as much few. One reason for AI spawning in over and over could be if you're dancing on the trigger, otherwise this should not occure. I hope it only happened once. AI is meant to respawn, but only when you're leaving/comming back to a city. (They should spawn when you come back).

I don't have anything planned for Lingor atm, but if they update to 1.7.5.1, I might update my post, with a new mission and maybe add the DZG building scripts.

What I'm working on now is fixing Celle, I wanna add more of the new skins to AI. But first I gotta fix the re-load bug. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but when you load a save, an error will appear. This is keeping you from saving/re-loading your progress.

Alright, I hope it was only a one-time thingy. The firefight was really intense, for a minute it looked like COD or something, heh. As for the re-load bug, I just noticed that.

Thanks man, I appriciate it. I hope I can work the re-load bug out. I wanted to try some Celle. :/

Correct. I can't seem to work out what's causing it, though. I tried copying the RH mod to a different mod folder. That didn't work either, even tho it was running as a mod.. :s

I've played all of your releases Above, but I just registered today , just want to say this is so awesome , i think this Celle addon is the best so far (only 3mb, lot of new stuff...). Keep up the good work

Man, I can't believe it you actually managed to put those guns in game, they're all bloody AWESOOOMEE. I'm patiently waiting for the re-load fix :D

I have two questions, though. Do you think it's possible to add those new weapons to other maps, like Lingor, for example? And second question, do you think it's possible to add high-res textures for BAF soldier and camo clothing? I have Reinforcements DLC but I can't seem to make it work with Daizy (altough, I can play PMC and BAF campaigns just fine).

Sheedo, thanks for the positive feedback. I myself REALLY want the re-load to work.. I'm thinking about solutions every day, it's just such a strange phenomenon, since the addons are indeed getting loaded.

As for moving the skins and weapons, yes. This is totally possible. I will eventually do it for Chernarus as a start, and see how it all works. As for Lingor, I'm still waiting for a 1.7.5.1 update before I update my Lingor post.

The high res DLC's only work with DaiZy/DayZ if you buy them. If you did buy them, and it still doesn't work, it's probably because of how the folders are put. I don't know how they install when you buy them on CD or from BI. Steam however, puts/installs the DLC's straight away.


I can upload a picture of how my DLC folders are put, and that might help you get it to work with DayZ singleplayer at least?

Did you change your install CD key or something, i used to have that problem but i solved it (the low resolution texture). I don't know how to guide you, but if you have any question, just tell me and i will answer to help.

Yes please, that would be helpful.

I know why it doesn't work with DayZ for you, you need that "DLCSetup" folder. (I'm pretty sure).

"DLCSetup" folder is for Steam, I think. I don't have the steam version. The thing is, I can play the DLCs campaign, I can use the high-res models in the editor and armory, etc. But when I start Daizy and try to load a map, I get a list with lots of missing files. I tried everything :(   I think I'll wait for Above to implement these models with the mod itself.
