It took a damn while to download, here's the Mediafire link:
BreakingPoint update 1.2 (you need "DaiZy BreakingPoint 3.1976" too, see changes below.
This addon is also a part of the update. (I saw the the official BP mod uses it, so I added it for the update. It fixed ALOT of textures and even lag).


CURRENT CHANGELOG 1.2:


- I added the body clean up script. (It will remove all bodies each 5 min when you're 200 away from the body). DONE

- HELI PATROLS (I'm finally looking into this one, I saw that Haleks got something up and running. So I got inspired). I'm not promising anything, but bear with me.(DONE). Halek's scripts!

 -Make the minimum amount of AI spawning 0, and max 12. I've tried those settings, and they're ok. 9 is max for the starter areas, since north should be the most dangerous. DONE

The sleeping script will pass 3 hours and regen health, with snoring and a new sleepscreen. (Not the one from Origins). DONE

A new timecycle script. (Similar to the one on Origins, and you will have a choice). DONE

- Fixed the map, left alot of the old stuff in there. Added a new base to NWA. DONE

- Heli crashes are now replaced with crashed C130's (7 loot slots).

- Fix the debug monitor on re-load. (With blood!). DONE!

-Look into Dogs. DONE Where can you find dogs? Chernarus (by the north hospiral), Staroye (by the long barn), Stary Sobor (by the long barn), NWA (at the NEW base) and Balota (by the barrack).

-Try to fix R3F. WIP

- Look into the flashlight feature from Lingor. WIP

It is getting updated in a second, haha. The car AI had worse reputation than I thought. :D

But I will just remove the cars if it doesn't work out.

BreakingPoint 1.3 update!



CURRENT CHANGELOG 1.3:


1.3 changes:
1. Made the heli AI have random skins (they will have all the BreakingPoint skins).
2. Made the helicopter spawn random (the heli will be a random heli, not just 1 kind).
3. Added car patrols, they all have mounted guns, so be careful. (The units in those will also have random skins). <-- Might not be as pro as it sounds, the rumors are that land-vehicle-AI is not the brightest kind.

As a previous poster has stated I too am having a difficult time with the crafting of certain objects. I can build and place basic stuff like wire fences,tank traps and sand bags but when I try to craft a gate or the hessian barricade the game creates the item in my inventory but when I try to place the object it just repeatedly says  'You must have the exact amount of items and no extras' (regardless of whether I have the correct amount of items or not), or words to that effect. I can also make sandbag nests and fortified sandbag barricades but all with the same result that I cannot place them anywhere.

If I try to remove an object, eg a wire fence, the game go's through the motions, tells me I have 'x' amount of time to remove the object, makes all the repair noises, then just tells me I have 'failed to remove the object' and ALSO deletes my toolbox from my inventory. This is not a fluke as I have tested this on a number of occasions and each time I fail to remove the item my toolbox vanishes.

Even worse now with you new update, not 1.3 as I have yet to try that as of writing this post, if I try to craft the hessian barricade now the game stutters for a few seconds then does a CTD. Again, this does not appear to be a fluke as I have attempted it 6 times now and each time has resulted in a CTD.

Dogs...they appear to be invisble in my game. I have been to both the hospital at Cherno and the new base at NWA. I hear very loud barking near the dog kennels but no sign whatsoever of a dog, or dogs. I even went up on to the roof of the hospital and adjacescent block of flats to see if it had managed to spawn up there but nothing. Scoped all around with an AWS L85. Nothing but zombies...

Apart from these minor niggles I am enjoying your mod very much and its definitely my favourite SP version of DayZ.

A big ask of you now but would it be possible in some way to include this armaholic mod in yours ? http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=4272

I don't want you to go mental with it but a few spots here and there plus maybe a secret little farm and plantation tucked away somewhere off the beaten track would be cool :)

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or tips you may have to my crafting and dog woes.

This is because you need the exact amount of materials, not more, not less.

And the reason it says "blabla failed" and removes your toolbox is simply because it failed, and your tools are broken.

I remember the dogs spawning ontop of a roof in BreakingPoint, are you sure they're not around? Otherwise I'll have to take a look at it.

And I used that hemp addon in another map. I might make something at some point. ;p

Hmmm, strange. As far as the correct amount of items go I have been. eg a gate is made from 2 scrap and 1 wire. It makes that fine and puts a gate in my inventory. I now have nothing in my inventory except for a gate. I try to place the gate and it tell me I must have the exact amount of items :/ I build 2 gates and try that and get the same result. Same results with sandbag nests, ladders and fortifed sandbags. When I try and build the H Barrier (doesn't crash now I worked out I was using an incorrect recipe) my guy just stoops down and nothing else happens.

As for my attempted removals I guess I just must be uber unlucky with my tools breaking all the time.

I shall check the roof tops around the hospital in Cherno again for the dogs and let you know.

Above meant that if you need like 2 crap metal, 2 logs and wire. Then in youre main inventory only those items must be in it. You wont progress anywhete even if you have a box of painkillers at it. So the primary inventory must be only logs,wire and crap metal.

Yes, I understand that part and as I've said I can create gates and sandbag nests but I just cannot place them anywhere. If I only have a gate in my inventory, and absolutely nothing else, no matter what I still get the message about having an exact amount.

EDIT: I'm using the 1.3 update and this is causing my game to CTD every time I attempt to craft something.

Even a simple solitary sandbag. I get the preview, the game starts to craft the sandbag wall then just crashes.

The Dogs...still nothing at all...I'm starting to have a suspicion now that if they have spawned then they have spawned beneath the ground...

Hey there. I was wondering if you could put up a version where the Cheat Menu is not implemented?
Me and a Friend are thinking about putting up a Server with these Breaking Point Files (With permission from your side, of course), but we don't want the Cheat menu in the game.
ALSO, I'm not the only one having the problem where i have to start all over again when trying to load a saved game. My friend, my brother and another friend of mine are having the same problems. Spawning in the Plains of Nothingness every time we load an old save, or wish to respawn (We have to restart the whole session if one of us dies.)

But we can fi the respawn issue ourselfes. The most important thing (If you want to do it) is to get a version without the Cheat menu :)

EDIT: The server might also be Official. It won't be like, Official Hive server, but it would probably be accessable to all.

yes. you can lift Vehicles and stuff with the Helis.

how? I tried using a Huey and the armed Huey, hovering close to it, but i wasnt given an option to lift it.

or do i have to use a certain type of aircraft?
