If you're launching it with a launcher, and not a shortcut, don't even bother posting. And no, it's using the regular one.


*EDIT: If it's saying that you need Chernarus, you gotta copy the addon folder from ArmA 2, and paste it in your OA folder.

That happened to me before, too.

I really can't remember what caused it, though. I remember it beeing easy to fix, it could be the way you launch the mod.

I have no clue.. My ArmA crashes sometimes because that's just how Windows works.

But I can't see why it would crash every time. There are alot of possible reasons for this. :P

It can range from viruses, to how you launch it.

Okay above, I figured out the error causing it: Addon 'CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E' requires addon 'Arma2_Ka52' then the main menu f**k-up happens. Is there another addon I have to copy over or something?

You might need to update Arma 2 before copying the addons folder to Operation Arrowhead.
You guys should make sure that both A2 & OA are up-to-date before installing dayz/daizy.
