new mission is up and yea i wont forget just in a daze atm and thanks for testing and letting me know the mission was broken and sorry to say no suprise up NW anymore atm it was a nice custom base im working on in the 3D editor

Are the optional addons included in the main stuff now? Also, is the aeg from ultimate included, and how does the base-building work.

Also, would it be possible to work the rp items and the sigma cars into the base building mission?

lol yes i am working on adding all the features mentioned above

and no i have not yet added the optional addons to this YET but yes i will be adding all optional addons including arp and sigma cars

and base building works by having a set of materials of what you want to make in the inventory and click build tank trap or W/E as normal and it will build the corrosponding item and give you a preveiw for second and it takes a few animations before the build is complete.

there should be a scroll menu that says build recipets in the scroll menu but its buggy even in MP and doesnt always show up but here is a complete list of the buildable items.

So, I found a whiskey bottle, and I'm pressing f, but it won't cycle over to throw it.

I'm assuming it's because I used the skin change GUI and I probably don't have the proper dayz_anim file?

Well, I don't know which anim file I should use...or if that's actually the problem. I only have this problem when I change skins with the skin change GUI that requires a list to populate first. It happens with any other SP mod that uses the same method of skin changing, too.

Also, I just noticed my eye and ear don't have any lines next to them. Restarting game to see if that works.

Where could I find a dog, and what could I do with said dog?

EDIT: Whenever I have one of the apocalypse weapons out, I get an error about some noskeletoninherit thing...Will put further research in to this.

Also, restarting did not bring back my lines.

EDIT: Found two guys named epic beard guy and czech norris. They shot the zombies chasing me when we met, and have since been useless. I tried pressing F2 to give a command, and my game crashed.

Also, HOLY SHIT AN AIRPLANE IS CHASING ME.

EDIT: Okay, now my game freezes up and crashes whenever I try to load my last save. No idea what's happening. And replacing my anim file hasn't fixed the issue where changing skins via the gui makes me unable to throw stuff.

So I tried the latest mission, and noticed a couple of issues :
- It seems that the player won't get hungry nor thirsty anymore - I will play further tomorrow to be sure. Edit : confirmed.
- The "Gut infected/human" feature is deactivated  (it's working fine on the non-DZG mission I think)

Concerning both versions : you can see smoke coming out of the chimneys of factories - I think it's caused by AEG. On a personnal note, this addon shouldn't be used in 2017 : I find rather surprising that there's still electrical power five years after the apocalypse :/

Also, the combat log thing on the HUD keeps going red & green, I guess it's a glitch since 1.7.4.4 - is there a way to deactivate this part of the HUD? It's quite useless in SP (in MP too actually).

Execpt for those details, it's awesome!

The hud is bugged for SP, on some missions.

You can remove it by removing "Combat inside blabla" + "Combat border" in RscTitles.

It's not useless in MP? It keeps people from combat logging (almost).

thanks everyone for the above mentioned issue's i will be looking into all of them and doing my best to resolve them.

edit i have looked into most of the bugs and am not experiencing hardly any of them

tested
my sight and sound indicators are fine
player still gets hungry and thirsty
loading save does not crash game for me in any way tested all possiblities of loading and saving dying and restarting nothing crash's for me.
trowing bottle is not bugged for me

gut human and infected tested and yes it does seem to be broken atm so i will get to this asap.


the hud does seem to be glitchy as the red flashing indicator and flashing bleeding indicator does flash more rapidly but other than that its not gamebreaking. will be fixing this.

i like the aeg mod so i left it. it just adds a nice feel to night time even though it doesnt fit i know lol.

They're not that strong, at least I can survive way longer than in MP ;)

Fedus : Just a question, so I know wich version to play from now on : is the dog able to get in vehicles?? It would feel sooo like Mad Max to have him on the passenger seat! ^^

updated the dayz_code pbo it now has a slightly higher spawn chance for building materials and i also added sandbags to the industrial loot and also upped the spawn chance to be more suited for bas building.
