Ouch, not even my swedish viking connection would like that. |
Hey Above,
How hard would it be to incorporate the Wasteland missions (crashed heli, bandit base) with defending AI into your release? I could see it working, just maybe modifying the loot table in the bandit base to compensate for the Epoch materials. Just a thought :) |

thanks for the reply but just to be sure, does the friendly AI mission make all AI friendly? (bandits/survivors) or does it add the option for friendly AI to join you, compared to the default mission... thanks again.

so i ran into a problem, if anyone has addressed this, sorry but, items like bloodbags, antibiotics, food, drink, e.t.c. won't work, i right click them, the use item pop-up goes behind the weapon icon and it doesn't light up red when i hover over it, if i click it does nothing or goes away, and if i let it hover over for a few seconds it lights up red for a split-second and then goes away. please get back to me on it! :]

This haven't been reported, nor have I seen it. The only thing I can think of now is your UI scale, what size are you using? |

This is kind of what I'm already working on. All though, I got nothing steady as of now. And I got new plans for the friendly AI. You'll have to be a hero, but when you are, they'll join you. (I'm gonna see if I can remove the group UI). Now, if you're not hardcore, you can just add humanity with cheats. |

I've just started a new game on Caribou as I got fed up of Taviana. The AI trying to shoot through buildings at each other and the overkill of buildings and items, half of which didn't fit in my opinion. Caribou, while a much more desolate environment feels much more natural as a whole and the buildings 'work' and the AI seems to be doing a better job on there in general as a whole.
One very minor point is that there doesn't appear to be a zombie shield option at all on the menu for Caribou. Thanks for all your work as always - can't wait to see Sarge AI in action too... |

@Above
They're attracted to them AI's because they're so smexeh c: lol. jk. OT: been waiting for that one thing, because it's always annoyed me that the AI's seems to be ignored by the zeds. |

Anyhow, I have a problem with the Caribou download. I get taken to a blank page, where the URL says a lot (https://mega.co.nz/#!eI510QzT!CR6BqnOwe26MPWJNZZjeaHqv7XJhgxuB8ZmSkBAKfNs), but it's not doing anyhing. Blank page. Any help?

There's no Zombie Shield in the Chernarus/Podagorsk files either. Only a player shield, which is not what I want. The AI doese't bother me, since they actually got better, and killed me for the first time EVER yesterday, which I like, because it's more challenging. The zombies are too much of a handful on the other hand. Too high awareness (They spot you from like, 50 metres, even when you're crouching and sneaking towards whereever you might be going), and just too annoying IMO |

Yep, the AI seems to be a lot more fluid and engages everything which is great, but I agree that the zeds seem a bit overpowered...as I just found out to my demise. Quick question - is there anything of interest to find on Caribou that may be hidden or underground for example or is it a case of what you see is what you get there? |

I know I did. Does it bother you? I'll fix it now |

I don't know. Take a look at who made the map, seeing as there was a small surprise in form of a meme in the Namalsk map in the bunker where you'd find the famed Gauss Rifle. |
