Sure I can, I can agree a shit ton. The Chernarus map needs some remodelling. Your changes, I frigging love them. And it inspired me.

About the missions SQF, you don't use that. You remove the unit from the biedi file, and convert it into SQF.
Does that mean you are going to edit the map? I guess you know all the addons for the trees and stuff like that..?
I'll be playing some Namalsk now, I need dat railgun!

Yes, of course. :P I've already added roads and trees to the map. All the addons are also provided in the DL simply because of that. :)


I'm currently working on side missions and zombie aggro on AI, though.

Because I haven't added it. I liked it more that you have to go in to the inventory to change weapon.
The spawn thing is something I'll add, though.

Guys... I've just messed around with the side missions abit, and SARGE AI. There are hero/friendly AI that patrol (they're currently just standing though, it seems). But if you walk up to them, they'll salute you and say "Hi.". They'll run around and kill zombies and bandit AI.

Zombies should also attack AI after this project is perfected.

*EDIT: They do move around. And they also loot stuff, because SARGE AI is advanced shit. I spawned an ammo box, and they took gear from it. Bandit AI will also take stuff from your car and tents if they see it.

*EDIT2: Guys, I just gotta say. Fighting AI now is so friggin' amazing.... Not only are they pretty damn close to players, but they also loot their kills etc. I've been pinned down for about 15 min now, got shot when I went out of cover and lost my legs. And I haven't seen the fucker ever since... They're good..

I was going to mention a few weeks ago about using SARGE AI, no idea why I didn't.

I have been playing (along with your awesome mods) a single player project which allows you to host/join a server over lan. This project has mods for vanilla DayZ/Origins/Epoch and a couple of the mods have SARGE AI. The SARGE AI is really challenging and I think you should use it.

It would also be great if you could look at incorporating your great work with the lan version I have been playing, it would be great if we could get a server going (if someone has enough bandwidth) where we could meet up and play together using tunngle.

I have put a link below, if I have broken any CoC doing this then can someone delete my post/link?

now when i play on any of the maps from a distance both survivor and bandit will shoot me but when i get close they either ignore me or stare at me like im a retard also i am running the @BreakingPoint mod and a few others like @DayZ and just some weapon mods but those shouldnt affect it also where all am i supposed to put the friendly ai files i put them in my breakingzero addons folder am i supposed to put them in my regular addons folder too?

I don't know how I will implement this the best way. What I can promise, however, is that it will be in most of the maps.


I'll see if I can make the SARGE heroes recruitable, too. Because they're fairly useless, now. This will most likely replace my shitty friendly AI. Those react to humanity, not clothing.

Oh yes, SARGE AI is amazing.. Can't wait to actually set it up for other things. If/when I make those bandit camps that people have been asking for, I'll definitely work with SARGE AI.

I don't know what that is about, some people say that. But mine are running around (wich is partly my problem with them) and attacking anything that moves (including the dogs, hahah).

As where the SARGE AI will be lying under trees and never move until you're dead, or they've been detected.

To explain my "problem" with AI moving too much, the regular AI, they'll go prone for 2 seconds, and then stand up and run around. So you always spot them instantly. As where the SARGE AI will "make sure" you never see them.

That's what I'm doing, I would definitely recommend it. It most likely affects SARGE AI, too. His skill settings are not as advanced.

I'll keep the old AI, too, though. The SARGE spawns are not as player-like. And they always spawn as a group.


I just had an amazing 1v3 sniping battle, killed one, and saw his 2 mates move up to where he died. They then started looking around, and spottet me across the road. After that, they looted their friend, while the 3rd guy was aiming at me. I figured that would be a good time to take them out, since only 1 was a threat.

And it's okay to email me, I can't guarantee a reply, though. But it seems that many emails from the forums end up in my junkpost tab, so those are easier to see. (I get alot of ads and scam emails, and therefor rarely bother to even check my mail).

I just gotta update you guys on the next update. I wont have the sidemissions ready for it, because it all has to be rewritten for singleplayer. I should have the new AI ready for all maps, though. Because all I gotta do (I think) is change their skins and loadouts.

The new update will probably be uploaded late this week, or next week. I still gotta experiment with the recruit function for the SARGE heroes.

I'm not sure when I'll work on the traders. I'm currently working on smaller projects, like automatic loot cycle and unit cleanup, and some small fixing (gonna see if I can get the Epoch binds to load, and fix the doors etc).

I think the traders will be a fairly big project.
