hey above i saw theirs like 4 diffrent download links in the commnets for the 1.5 update is the one on the front page the latest one? i dont wanna download 4 diffrent files if only needing to download 1. cheers

Yes, sorry for the fuckery. The link on the mainpage will ALWAYS be the most recent one. So you'll never have to focus on the comment links. I just link it there for people who are waiting on the update, so that they know that it's update. So instead of just saying that it's updated, I add the link too. So that they don't have to go back and forth!



Also, are we sure that R3F doesn't work? Because I've been testing alot now (if it doesn't, then I got a fix). But it didn't work for a long time, but I let it load and then it did. The fix will give you a new option each time, so you'll have duplicates of all options for each time to use the fix. But as I said, it took a long time for R3F to load when I tested it.

I will do some more testing.

My pleasure messing with it, I've also been playing quite abit.


And as for R3F. It is loaded according to my tests, in a way.

Because when it doesn't load, and I use the fix. I get 2 of each R3F option. And then an additional set of option each time I use the fix. This must mean that it's either loading slow, or that it's loaded just that the actions are not showing up properly.


I will do some more testing because we need R3F. Otherwise, restart your game, and then the mission. This should fix it for you, because R3F loads 8/10 times for me.

Vehicles.hpp. Also, take the temprature.sqf from a regular DayZ mission, and replace it in the compile folder. If this is too much, I'll have your files ready soon. It's not too much, I'm editing it right now, so focus on R3F :D
One question though: where would I find the Ural (Civil 2)'s inventory slots in CfgVehicles.hpp? Lol, that's the only thing I'm stuck on :3

You would have to write it yourself, the Ural is not a part of the DayZ code (afaik).

But I'm 95% sure I fixed R3F, so I'll update the missions and the backslots + weather system now! DAMN I'm glad I (hopefully) fixed that mothereffer!

Place the userconfig folder into your ArmA 2: OA directory, the others go inside the mod folder and you have to use the correct parameters. Also, I'm pretty sure you need Community Based Addons (CBA) to run ASC, so make sure you have that installed.

Ok, now I'm getting the same error as before (when I used Eliteness). I need your help :/
When I start it up and the main menu pops up, I get this error:

Picture z\addons\dayz_code\gui\dayz_logo_ca.jpg not found

What the fuck am I doing wrong? All I did was unpack the dayz_code.pbo and now this? Again? :/

EDIT: Also, when I look inside the dayz_code.pbo after I repack it, the "dayz_logo_ca.jpg" is in the gui folder, so I don't get why it can't load it...
I have no idea what I'm doing. Trust me, I'm a dentist.

Well, for the ASC, you'll need the userconfig folder in your OA directory (like said before). And then the files in "Addons". The addons files can either be put in your BP folder, or in a mod folder (e.g "@ASC/Addons".

You also need CBA + Extended_Eventhandlers.pbo for it to run.

(Just in case you change your mind).

Also, I remember having the same error when packing the dayz_code. But I really can't remember why I got it. I ended up not having it, though. >_>

Either way, I'm uploading the update now, hopefully R3F works everytime now.

UPDATED, AGAIN. Changes: R3F should work everytime now, no cheat mission actually doesn't have cheats now + the epeen monitor was added back. + additional files for regular weather + 80 slot Survivalist pack added!

I really just unpbo it and re-pack it.
