Yeeeeaaaaahhhh, um, Above? I don't think you fixed all the glitches :s
I just tried putting on the pilot suit you were talking about (British camo pilot suit, the one with a helmet and shit), and as soon as I clicked wear, it changed me into it while simultaneously breaking my legs and instantly killing me :c Unfortunately, this means I lose my entire save, since I always Suspend and never Save, and the only "Save" I have is one from when I first started on Napf... soooo yeah. Now I'm really sad D:

Anyway, glitches I found:
- After a while (aka 6+ hours of gameplay), the option to remove clothing disappears. Possibly because I removed so many clothes that it just bugged out, but who knows?
- After about the same amount of time, if not an hour or so less, you lose the option to both bloodbag yourself (doesn't even appear on scroll wheel menu), AND the ability to gain blood.
- Sometimes, custom buildings in ArmA 2: OA/DayZ are higher than the player can walk, so you have to step over/vault into them so you're in the floor, then supposedly it places you at the correct height so you're standing on the floor, right? Well, with Napf, you can vault/step over into the floor, and you can walk around in the floor like the normal glitch, but every move you make takes away ~2000ish blood, maybe more. The only way to not die is basically to have a blood bag, blood bag yourself, then walk out, then blood bagging yourself again after you get out of the floor.

The last glitch about the floor bug is actually how I found out I couldn't gain blood. I blood bagged myself while in the floor, ran out, had like half blood, blood bagged again, gained a little blood, but was still missing ~3500 blood, and no matter how many blood bags I used (2 more before the blood bag option was taken away), and no matter how many MREs I ate (6), I didn't gain a single drop of blood. So, technically, the loss of my ability to gain blood is what ultimately killed me when I changed into the pilot skin, because it did so much damage it killed me. Might've survived with full blood, but idk .-.

Guess I gotta start fresh again... and I had just fixed up my first vehicle (Ural (Civil)) as well D':
I have no idea what I'm doing. Trust me, I'm a dentist.

Ah, balls that's exactly what happened to me on the last update after I'd played for 10 hours straight. In the exact same sequence too. See my 1st post, page 5.

Skins have always been buggy, they shouldn't kill you, though. Haha. I've had 0 problems with skins so far.

The custom actions I've added e.g remove clothing from dead AI, has always been glitchy. As you see when you remove clothings, it doesn't even work properly to begin with.
I'll take a look at it when I add the new weapons, I think I can fix the option where it gets removed.

About glitching under buildings, this is something you can do on any map. And the last thing you should do while glitched out under a building is change skin. Changing skins on non-glitched places will mostly never glitch you out. That's just how ArmA works, and therefor not a glitch with the mission.

Oh, well. Glitching under buildings is nothing I can fix. That's just how the engine works. I can't remove the damage system.. :P You simply have to find another way to get in a building without glitching it.

What doesn't make sense is how the bloodbag didn't give you 12k blood. >_>

I've tried to download the again but no luck. Mega asks this of me and I'm not afraid to say that I'm stuck! A pop up did appear asking if to allow >50Mb download so agreed and now it's a padlock. I've cleared the Firefox cache, yet cannot find any further permissions in the Firefox options to allow or disallow :(

Edit: Tried this and installed Chrome today but also couldn't download 1.8 through any means. Very odd!

What the hell. :<

Should I re-upload it to DerpositFiles? It's a shit site, but I guess it would work at least.

Updated v1.9

If it doesn't work now, there's nothing I can do.

Actions have been working kinda bad with 1.7.7, so we'd have to wait for a script update from the guys who made those scripts.

I might be looking into just adding the regular right-click ability to the bloodbag.

And again, you can still find all of the skins, so it shouldn't be that big of a problem. :P

Hey Above!

Have you found out what causes triggers to always spawn the maximum of 8 bandits?
If so could you please tell me? :D I'd like to modify Factions and 2017 do to the same.
/me needs more bandits to kill ^.^

You can just edit the line where it choses 0-8 bandits, haha. I don't get why it's using the max amount when it's set to random, though. I'll have to take a look at it.

That sounds like a plan. Loosing the abilty to bloodbag does rather make staying alive somewhat problematic :P

I'll dl 1.9 and keep hammering at it to see if we still eventually loose the bloodbag option after 6/7 hrs game time.

The files for the AI are in scripts\mission\fnc; look for the dosomething_x files.
Most of those files begin with this line :
    for "_i" from 0 to 7 do {
But that function isn't random; it just tells the script how many times it should repeat.
If you want a random number of bandits, do it like in my DoSomething_banditSquad.sqf.
Something like :
        _num = 3 + random 3;
        for "_i" from 0 to _num do {
Wich will give you 7 bandits max (the 0 is considered as an occurence).

EDIT : ninjad! ^^

Hello again! Just to confirm that I can download the DaiZy Napf update v1.9. hosted at Mediafire, but the download simply won't initiate on the link DaiZy Napf 1.7.7 hosted at Mega.co.nz.
The way Mega.co.nz initiates the downloads is really weird and not the usual method. Even tried it through Internet Explorer 9 (Of which I have never loaded up until yesterday, haha!)
Is it because the 1.41GB file can't be uploaded to sites such as Mediafire? Could Dropbox help?

I think what you might have to do, Above, is upload like 6-10 files to mediafire, and spread out the Napf download into those 6-10 files. That way, people who can't download the ~1.4 GB file can download each of those 6-10 files and just combine them into one folder called @Napf inside their OA folder.
I have no idea what I'm doing. Trust me, I'm a dentist.

Actually, you know what I want more than R3F?

Fucking Auto-Refuel.

No offense, but it seems like you just completely forgot about it when making DaiZy Napf xD

Sorry if this post came out as aggressive/hostile/douchefuck-ey, I'm just tired and I can't find any goddamn Jerry Cans ;~;

EDIT: Also, for those of you saying, "oh, what's he whining about? Just do it the old fashioned way! Fixing R3F is higher up on the list of Things-To-Do.", I just want to remind you what R3F does. R3F allows you to do lots of things related to transporting materials and vehicles and shit, right? Well, here's a scenario for ya:

Let's say you have a heli that's low on fuel, and you find a Ural that you want, so you lift it and take it to your base. You fix it up, but it needs fuel, just like your heli. Your V3S blew up, and that vehicle had all your Jerry Cans in it, so you don't have any left. You lift the ural to a gas station, drop it next to the gas station, and land nearby. How do you fix your problem of low fuel? Obviously not by Auto-Refueling, because you wanted R3F fixed first, not Auto-Refuel! Have fun scavenging for already-hard-to-find Jerry Cans :D

I'm just really frustrated at my game, that's why I'm being pissy xD

ANYWAY, Above, those 5L Jerry Cans? I found one, and I put it into my Bathmobile, but idk if it added any fuel. But it doesn't matter if it did or didn't, because I can't even refill the 5L Jerry Can at the gas station gas tank (I'm not trying it on the gas pumps, I'm not THAT stupid :p). I'm not sure if it's something with Napf or 1.7.7, but can you look into it?
I have no idea what I'm doing. Trust me, I'm a dentist.

Re: RELEASE: DaiZy Napf 1.7.7 (Colab with Haleks!) v1.9 *18/06* FULLY WORKING!

Havoc
I must agree.

I've played with R3F only once and it's just shit for me. I didn't see a single thing that wasn't annoying or was in any shape or form useful to the gameplay. Maybe I have a misconception of what it does.
In 2017 I remove it manually with every update XD

Auto-Refueling is a feature I really enjoyed, but am not too heartbroken about it being absent.
Refueling manually with Jerry Cans is annoying, but keep in mind you almost never need a full tank. Most vehicles can cross the map with just less than 1/4.

Now speaking of realism: In a scenario where the power is out, fuel pumps won't work. You could still refuel from the large tank, but the fuel level inside would have to be elevated higher than your cars gas tank, and you'd require a large hose. So I think it's a difficulty thing.

To be honest I find lots of 20l jerry cans, and you really only ever need one if you plan your trips ahead.

Lol... I'm not splitting the upload. And people wouldn't have to download less because I split it. They would just have to do way more to get the files.

Also, R3F was removed for a reason, I've already promised to check it up, and will do.
About autorefuel, I guess I could make an extra mission with it. But that'll probably be when/if I fix R3F.

Alot of addons seem to not work with 1.7.7, though.

Alright, sounds good :3 and yeah, I've noticed not many work with 1.7.7 either...

And what I meant by splitting up the files was that, since some people's internet/router/computer/whatever won't let them/stops the download because it's so big. It took me over an hour to download it, and I have great connection speeds. If there were a couple of smaller files to download, their internet/computer/router/whatever might let them download it, instead of just stopping the download 73% of the way in.
I have no idea what I'm doing. Trust me, I'm a dentist.
