If I'm not mistaken, this error only concerns the ACR addon (wich I don't even have); it's not needed at all for DaiZy so everything should run just fine.

funnily after i said that, one went over me, i blew it up with a rocket launcher, but i got knocked out, i healed myself to regain consciousness, and then i just laid there like i was knocked out, this has happened before and i know you can heal your self and get up when knocked out, anyone have any tips?

This does happen sometime. Use a bandage, and then run forward. This usually takes you out of the paralyze mode. This happens to me on MP aswell. (Obviously not because I'm healing, but falls have caused this same issue, after waking up).

When I try to install the newest beta patch, it says that I have a wrong CD key. Any suggestions?

You are correct. I downloaded and installed the ACR lite patch from the BI website and now the error has gone away.

DayZ commander will tell you what beta patch you are using in the install menu. it should be latest stable (something like 103718 ish)

No zeds/loot spawning. It's effecting both regular, cheat, and bandit missions.
Steps taken so far:

1. Updated to latest beta patch 106400 (even though dayz commander thinks 103718 is most recent)
2. Downloaded and installed latest faction files + optional files (noticed no mission files in dayz faction zip, but added missions from optional files)
3. Re-installed everything from scratch (deleted @Daizy mod folder, re-created, and dumped DayZ 1.7.7.1 files into the addons folder before copying over latest faction files into said folder. Moved mission files from optional files into missions folder in Arma root directory.)
4. Verified startup options which were previously working ("E:\Program Files (x86)\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\Expansion\beta\arma2oa.exe" -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@DaiZyFACTIONS;@CBA_CO;@COWarMod;@JSRS 1.5).
5. Disabled recommend mods.
*Same thing was occurring after a few mission plays using the previous faction files, and beta patch 103718. However, the first few plays had zombies/loot, and went off without a hitch.

Everything else seems to work fine. I can spawn items/vehicles from cheats menu, and AI/animals spawn OK. Have traveled far north, and spent almost 30+ minutes wandering around, yet have still been unable to find any loot or zombies using 1.7.7.1. Suggestions?

hey guys i'm new here and i have a problem, i can save the game but then i cant revert and i have to start from zero :( and when i start the game i get this error "dayz_anim requires addon CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E"

And when you say startup options, you mean shortcut right?

you need to make a copy of this file here
[your arma2 oa folder]\Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch

Or if you can't find it and need to create your own shortcut the target is:
"[your arma2 oa folder]\Expansion\beta\arma2oa­­.exe" -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion­­\beta\Expansion -nosplash

then at the end add -mod=@daizyFactions

In my case Operation Arrow and regular Arma are in the same folder (non steam). Everything worked beautifully prior to my 3rd or 4th play, and online gaming is fine. Yes, shortcut.

Awesome so far - finally got it working, and having a blast with the three survivors I found :D

One problem: I can't administer a blood bag to one of my recruits?  Zombie hit her, broke her leg, and her blood is dangerously low... I can't give her a blood bag, and even though I moved her morphine into her inventory from her backpack, she won't use it on herself, haha!

Any tips?  Or should I just shoot her and move along, since all she can do is crawl? :P

The DayZ would system does not apply to non-player characters. They need to be healed in the same way as Arma 2 (medipacks I think). Which might make it difficult / impossible to do. Maybe use lost key or something to spawn in a medipack and heal them, then throw away the dayz stuff you would have used.

I appreciate the reply, man!  I'm clueless about Loki's lost key - never used it, don't know how :P

Another question, though: We are supposed to be able to sleep through the night cycle in this mod?  How does one attempt that? :P
