Autre question peut-on modifier nous même la map via l'éditeur ? Ex : rajoutez une base militaire, des véhicules abîmés etc...

Dans les versions précédentes je croisais quelques heli sur la map a retaper, mais depuis la mise a jour 1.8  les seuls que j'ai récup sont ceux des patrouilles (qui contrairement a Origins ne dépop pas quand on les récups)

You have to put the mission folder in documents>Arma 2>missions, and they will appear in editor.
And yes, doSomething_survivor is the one file handling friendlies. ;)

Oui, tu devrais pouvoir en trouver dans les aéroports et bases militaires : mais la présence des véhicules est aléatoire, il est tout-à-fait possible qu'il n'y en ait aucun dans ta session actuelle (mais y a peu de chances).
Sinon, oui, tu peux éditer la map toi-même : par contre je te laisse chercher les tutos sur le net! ^^

Merci , ton aide serai la bienvenue, si tu le souhaite je pourrais te linker mes 2 pbo pour voir ou j'aurai pu merder ? (Le but étant que je comprenne ) mais il y a pas le feu au lac :) j'ai la vue qui brouille a force de creuser le truc .. je vais me caler sur The Elder Scrolls Online la beta pour changer lol.

Zombies stop spawning

The Zombies for some odd reasons stop spawning after a while: it happened to me several times. Bandits and AI are still around.

I tried to leave the area and come back without success: I moved from Elektro to Cherno and back but it did not help.

Also, after a few hours the FPS go down.

Anything I can do to help spotting the origin of this problem?

I think Haleks/the DayZ team re-wrote alot of the zombie files. I think that's the problem.

I already had the same problem sometimes, I do not know why but it's frustrating when we made ​​good progress in the game ... lower fps is an old problem, Have you tried sleeping in a forest?

I am having this problem too. After a couple hours of game play, zed spawns drop to just a few. Most of the zeds that do spawn just stand around and will not chase me even if I run around in front of them. They also stop making the usual zombie noises and are completely silent. I tried moving to different areas and sleeping in a tent in the woods and it does not seem to help. My frame rate drops quite a bit around the time this happens, maybe my older PC is the problem (Core2DUO 3.0Ghz, 4GB RAM, ATI HD 5870, Win XP).

Nope - it is not an hardware issue. I have a Intel Quad Core running at 4.5 GHz and FPS creeps slowly from 80 to 20...

Thanks guys for letting me know about this issue.
I'm going to simplify the zed spawn scripts as much as I can.
Can anyone tell me when does this happen? After a couple of hours? more?

EDIT : It only concerns zombies right? Does loot keep spawning?

I will do some timing tests tomorrow. What it seems to me that the Zombie population goes down as time goes by and less and less Zombies are spawned until there are no more Zombies at all - at the same time the frame rate goes down.

I have also the impression loot re-generation also goes down, or it is kind of slow: I have to visit an hospital many times to see something inside (e.g. medical boxes) - but it is difficult to say for sure.

Ok, meanwhile I think I've identified a couple of files  potentially responsible for that issue.
I'll do more research on the matter, and might upload a new mission file tomorrow - for testing purposes. ;)

One suggestion : while I'm working on this problem, you guys can try to run the dayz_server file (you'll find it in "@hive", just add it to your addons folder).
It has some scripts dedicated to server maintenance (meaning that it will do some clean up routines); besides a small error message when launching a game, it runs all the same.
Can't do any harm! ;)

Do those files have anything to do with the fact that after a couple of hours my game seems to be behind the things i do, for example eating, drinking, pitching a tent.

Those actions are taking at the moment anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.

I'd click eat and walk for a while when my guy suddenly stands still to eat something.

Also, i slept for 3 hours in a forrest to find 2 heli crash sites not far from each other, yet none of them had the crate with the loot in it.

Anyway, thanks for the support here, really enjoying the mod atm.

Edit:

When changing outfit, it seems to delete the stuff i got on me, ammo, food etc. same for bandages, pistol ammo etc. primary and secondary gun as well as my backpack are the still on my character.

Waited for a while thinking it had to sync but that didn't work.

Uh, it uses the old vanilla Dayz map with hardly any barracks and really low loot spawn rates.
Any chance you could make it work with a decent version of Chernarus, like the Overwatch map ?
Or any good custom map with loads of barracks - you must know loads of people who have created cool custom Chernaruses ? Otherwise it is as dull as ditch water playing the vanilla map.

And what happened to the good old cheat menu ? It only has 3 options ? None of which are really cheats.
Where's the option to spawn in items/tools/cars etc ? Where's the ESP option ? Where's the teleport option ?
I have to use loki to achieve what used to be in DaiZy by default, and loki is annoying because it constantly spams it's activator text.

Quelques suggestions ou requêtes,

1 - Réduire le temps d’exécution du bloodbag  30 secondes  --- > 10 scdes

2 - Augmenter regen bloodbag de 4000 pts ---> 8000 pts (max 12000 il me semble)

3 - Augmenter capacité stockage sac a dos.  5O  Emplacement pour le plus gros me semble un bon compromis pour aller chasser les pièces de réparations.

4 - Existe il un moyen (script ou autre ) d'administrer morphine ou bloodbag a un compagnon ? ça serai bien
plus pratique que de les conduire a la tente de cherno pour les soigner, ou encore d'attendre d'avoir un médecin qui se joigne a moi.

5 -  On en a déjà parlé, mais  Mettre les marqueurs sur la carte et si possible réactiver le menu a l'écran carte, celui ci était bien pratique, quand mes compagnons était tous dans un véhicule ça me permettais d'administrer facilement tout les inventaires...

6 - Revoir dégâts des véhicules. Moins de dégâts , par exemples 4 pièces HS aléatoires et du coup pourquoi pas la possibilité de démonter les pièces en bon état ..

7-  Auto refuel ? en tout cas moi c'est le plein des hélico qui me fatigue lol .  Gonfler la capacité des jerricans a 100 L ?  Ou intégrer les big jerrican de origins ?  

8 - J'utilise LokilostKey et en particulier des modules de missions , du genre capture de camp, défense , escort etc ... Ca apporte un plus quand on est stuffé avec des compagnons hélico etc d'aller capturer un camp ennemi et de le conserver ensuite.. Sur le principe on reçois un message radio (donc il faut être muni de la radio dans l'inventaire) via le menu communication on accepte (ou pas) la mission et Go (marqueur ajouté sur la carte)..si je ne veux plus recevoir de mission je me déséquipe de la radio..

Ces modules semble bien se comporter avec DZ faction et pourrait être intégré ?

Voila quelques idées en vrac j'ai personnellement appliqué les points 1;2;3;7 sur la mission Walking Zeds que j'adore...

I made a test today:

1) start game normally. I enter in a town and I am chased by something like 10-15 Zombies, as I run I find Zombies around. FPS around 40-50
3) after 20 minutes and 15-20 Zombies killed with a melee weapon: there are less Zombies around, FPS around 30
4) after 40 minutes and having one AI placed in fixed position to kill nearby Zombies: I can see some Zombie here and there but those are far apart from each other. If I am chased, I have 1-3 Zombies following me, FPS around 25
5) one hour, town almost empty, FPS around 20
6) 1.5 hours, the town has repopulated a bit, FPS around 20
7) 2 hours now, the town has less Zombies that before, but still some, it seems to go up and down in cycles

From what I read here, we're dealing with an old problem wich appeared with the dayz build 1.7.7.1.
I never managed to identify what was causing those delays, and I was hoping that upgrading to 1.8.0.3 would fix it - but obviously I was wrong... T_T
The zeds not spawning anymore are most likely related to this issue.
Anyway, I've already bgun to create a new, customised dayz_code : I'm using the dayz_code 1.7.6.1 as a base (in my experience it is the most stable one in SP) and I'm currently working on adding back every features & items from 1.8.0.3. I already have the new GUI and Inventory interface working.
I will also make sure that a maximum of script are run from the addons, rather than from  the mission file.

More news whenever I'm done with this nightmare! >_<'

@Anubis : thanks man! Are you also experiencing delayed actions?
