So, when I start DaiZy BP, I get an error that says "bad vehicle type" would I need rMod installed/activated for this error to be fixed? Loving the mod btw.

You are using an outdated version of CBA, I'd recommend updating that. And the Loki's addon isn't properly installed. Don't turn it into a different addon, just drag Loki's .pbo into the DaiZyBreakingPointSP addons folder. (You have it @Loki-Mod which I'm quessing is wrongly put, I quess it should be "@Loki_Mod) And the zombies are invincible so far, Above said he could do something about it. I shot 1 zombie with 2 artilleries and 17 SMAW HEAA rounds and the bastard kept running. Only cure for zombies is the zombieshield so far, which is booring. I'd suggest using the previous BP till that. Dalereo, you can put the AEG ( ArmA Electrical Grids ) into the mission yourself. http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=15178 < Link for AEG. There is also a .txt readme on how to implement it into the mission, wont be too hard. |
Does anyone know how to add things to the Map for this?? Im trying to Add a Small PMC Outpost to the Map but i cant find the folder to open it in the editor and when i use loki's to Set up the Fob it spawns zombies inside the base

Un-Pbo the mission you'd like to edit. Drag the folder you get into My Documents/ArmA 2 (OA) Profiles/(Profile Name)/Missions. Then go ingame and edit with the ingame editor. |
Also how DO i get AEG to work?? do i need to add it into the PBO files?? or just enable it

I haven't installed AEG myself, but as I said. There is a .txt file on how to implement it into the mission, which I gave the link to.

Ok, I have been searching the net for days (dayz, lol) for a script that spawns -random- vehicles at random points for single player but with no success, most of the threads and forums I´ve found are for DayZ multiplayer/private servers and still doesnt do the random vehicle at random place-part. I know there should be one since the older mods released on these forums had such a system.
Could you please help me out with posting such a script? :( Also, since I suck at this, what to type in the trigger field to init the script... I´m really desperate. Thanks in advance |

It's not. Are you using Norton? As I said before, you need to have the exact ingredients for whatever you're building. This does work perfectly. It's nonsense, the error does nothing and it appears on MP aswell. Just ignore it. And every other error that doesn't cause problems. AEG works perfectly for me. I've tested plenty of times. |

I got it to work im just trying to figure out how to add some more lights for a city electro seems dim when light only a few lights also does anyone know how to add the gate (that you can normally build in the menu)the one that goes up and down,i cant find it in the editor?

Is it possible to increase the bandit health with the same method as you would decrease zombie health? 1 shotting them is too easy, haha |

The zombie health is a bug for singleplayer. It works fine on MP. This is where it gets hella complicated. xD The AI got player health for me. >_> apart from some guns, since they made enfield take more than 1 shot for player to kill. I think AI is an ArmA setting, that we can't change. I'll look into it, though. Either way, I'll have to upload my BP backup for now, since I got no clue what's causing the zeds to be immortal, I'm guessing it will take a while to fix. (This is my files, wich had alot of changes. I changed everything back except 2 things, bandit + camo clothing are the original skins. The BreakingPoint bandit skin is still in the menu, though. And the other BP skins work too, of course). |
Question do buildings i create in the editor automaticly spawn zeds?? or which ones spawn them and what not,im trying to create a Private Military Base and have them Patrol Chen and they arent going to be playable but they will KOS Zombies and Bandits if i can make it work
