I'm using the Steam version. But I'm not launching it using Steam, so it really shouldn't matter. You're the first one to report this.

3 of the hard drives in my file server failed and all the files for the mod are now corrupt! The thing that pisses me off the most is the fact that i put the files on the server so they Wouldnt be lost!

I cant recover the files, the hard drives seem to have been scrambled everywhere (all the file "hooks" are gone too). I will make an attempt to do the addon again but the issue is that i don't have much time. I suspect a trojan virus had been on the hard drive for a while because i have seen performance issues with the drives in the last few weeks.

And by the way, is Above just working on the map? Or is he doing some of the work you are doing?

I believe above is working on just the map. Just to let you guys know, i will add the district 9 mech to a "secret" place in the map and it has a 3% spawn chance! :D

If you get some free time,please make a mission pbo file without any cheat,and kron in menu......may be that might fix my problem...who knows.
I can't leave this mod,because this is the best mod out there.

I did tried going to Game Options.....also tried enabling and disabling HUD options which will refresh the icons when returning to game.....that didn't helped either.

I have a feeling that those extra cheats and support call menu options are messing it up for me.....i hope Above will post a mission file without any of those scripts.

No, I'm not just working on the map. I have been so far, but that's just because one gotta start somewhere.

I've had quite a few plans for the update, in adition to the changelog on the mainpost.

I've wanted to replace all the weapons, since some/most of them are weapons I don't like + there are ALOT of addons.

I've also used the new open buildings from DayZero, so more of the Chernarus buildings are opened up. (I've obviously added the lootspawns, too).

I'm also implementing more stuff from the 1.7.7.1 code.

Friendly AI is also something I might look into.

You just helped me alot just now. Kron has been causing the UI to break for people. But only if you use some of the cheats.

I use Kron to change the weather etc, and it has never been a problem.


However, removing the cheatmenu wont help you, those are just scripts. They'll always be compatible. And Kron's Support Call, you can remove yourself.
