Multiplayer isnt possible with this mission. But If u can rewrite zombie and loot spawn for server and after that put mission sql (from mission folder) in ur mpmission folder - only thats how u can play with players in multi – just a guess.
You might need userconfig folder only if game ask about it. (Its depence of game version)
If u cant start the game - check ur game arma 2 oa beta patch launch parameters,
must be: -nonsplash -mod=@Napf
