This only happens to the motorbikes and the bus (I think). Because I didn't add them to the damage code properly.

I noticed there is still the bug sometimes, if you damage the car and exit right away, it will repair the "damaged" parts itself. Usually this was caused by server lag, I don't understand the issue now.
