Had a chance to give it a quick go: I like the new statics and wrecks on the map as well as the new spawn point for loots.  The increase number of zombies seems to offset the increase amount of ammo.

Speaking of zombies some of the troop wrecks spawn a lot of troop zombies; it was definitively surprising to see a whole load of them coming straight for me.  The only trouble is that my fps goes down when they start spawning in (especially if I am in a car).  

Besides the lag spikes when loading in this is a great improvement to the map (its like exploring Chenarus again).

I haven't noticed any lagspikes or big FPS drops, and my machine is really close to useless. The zombie limit is still 40, like the old missions. (AFAIK). Unless BreakingPoint got additional code for the zombies. Wich I see no point in.

I might have to remove zombies from the wreck spawns. But I kinda like having 40 zombies all over Balota airfield and similar. Looks boss.
