I'm sure you're right. I would suspect that there would be absolutely zero support for DayZ in ArmA 3 from the devs either, seen as they've gone to so much effort to tailor the engine for the standalone.

I'm just having such a fun time playing the ArmA 3 alpha at the moment, and I think Above is going to make something really fun to play even if it's not that much like DayZ/DaiZy.  

I know there's not going to be a full working port of DaiZy into A3 (especially in alpha), but I know these guys do good work and I'm stoked that they're going to make something in A3 that I'll be to mess around with.
