I've just installed the latest Arma II beta patch, do you think it might be the cause ?
I'll try to downgrade tomorrow and try it out.

Btw, I've tried replacing the incriminated files with the ones directly from Armaholic, and I still have the exact same problem. Which probably means that the addons are not the problem.
