Well, I do have the same problem, and I have Celle 1.7.5.1.
I can get the mission to launch, but I can't load a save due to missing downloadable content (RH_xxx files). I'm downloading some RH addons right now (Pistol Pack Redux, MGS weapon pack and Pistol Pack Remake), I'll keep you posted.

Also, the hazmat suit is glitchy, especially on stairs ^^
