yes i think i know what it is though i think it is the dog ui that bugs it out and so it is working until you get around a dog but i have had it working and bugged both now so yes it does bug out but i do not know the exact cause at this time.
and you find a dog randomly around the map then you ned raw meat in your inventory then you will have the option to tame the dog and after you feed him once and tame him you can give other orders such as track follow walk run bark stop ect.
you can use the first mission in optional addons or any other mission in optional addons as long as you have the required adoons for whatever mission you choose but for regular 2017 with dogs and construction you just need the base building feature mission.
