Okay at first I thought it was just Deer Stands and the NWA Barracks...but it seems almost all military loot spots don't give any military loot as it should.  The Fire Station loot is correctly spawning it's loot, but all other high tier loot spots only spawn garbage.  No joke a UH-1Y crash spawned(I believe I typed that wrong but you get the point, its the heli crash), and upon arriving all I found was soda, Lee Enfield magazine, and some tin cans. What the hell? Why do these Tier One loot spots hand out total garbage?
