Sounds like there's an issue with the server. If you ALT-TAB out of the game to the desktop and look at the server tab, what is appearing in the window?

Also check the arma2oaserver.rpt file (use Notepad++) located in the "DayZ_SSP_Epoch_11_Chernarus" folder.
