Zeds and loot ceasing to spawn after a while is a known issue with the mod and there's no current solution and regrettably there's unlikely to ever be one.

I'd suggest Oliv82's mods if you're interested in a more classic Dayz experience, Haleks Namalsk is a challenge and 2018 is worth a look.
