Try to open the map editor at the main Arma2 screen by pressing "ctrl+Y"
select Chernarus map
launch the mission

Do you use others files ? extra mod ?
Did you create an extra beta .exe in your "Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead" folder ?
(for example mine is named:
"DZ_1987FACTIONS_Chernarus_v11.29c.exe")
(This .exe must be renamed from the beta "Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch.exe")

Check the target of this .exe shortcut:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\Expansion\beta\arma2oa.exe" "-mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion;@DaiZy_1987d;@CBA_CO"


Clear your .rpt file:
"C:\Users\"yourPCName"\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA\arma2oa.RPT"
use Bloc-Note to remove all lines in this file
Close and save

Launch again the mission, post your .rpt file in this thread (in .zip, .7z or .rar format), I can check your .rpt
