Why Base Building?  

 well, it's not a "need" in SP ... but just a want I guess.  
 Something else to search for and do even in SP.

 Now it would be nice feature, if this could be done for the "mini-sandbox" Co-Op idea I talked about for sure.

 I don't got time right now , but later this evening, I'll jump back on and explain more on that idea.
