I'm not used to ACE but it seems it conflicts with the dayz UI - it is to be expected as those mods aren't designed to be compatible.
Sadly there's no way to fix it without editing some files - unless ACE is modular, but I don't think it is the case.

@Ross : nope, no cheats.
