How do I use bandages and painkillers?  I keep shuddering and I have painkillers in my inventory but there is no option to use them and I haven't been able to use my bandages either.

I'm not sure if it's an arma thing or just that I'm used to the UI from Factions but is there any way to move tools like matches, knives, etc... to belt slots or have melee weapons on our backs?
