I'm pretty sure you can already spawn vehicles? I'm sure I added Origins vehicles to the Taviana release, and regular vehicles to the Chernarus/Podagorsk release.



If not, I'll add that. I'll need more time, though. I accidentally removed the missions, so I'll have to re-make them, unless I can recover them. >_<
