There's a minor issue with the mouse-wheel menu options once you pickup a chemlight too.

No matter what you do with the chemlight, the options to drop, pickup, and extinguish it display whenever you mouse-wheel, even after you've dropped it.

It's not a game-breaker.  Just have to double check which mouse-wheel option you select when you're in panic mode!
