Having the same problem here.

Mission freezes every 2-3 minutes for a couple of seconds (10-15 sec), which is quite annoying.

I also think it must be somehow related to the AI, 'cos this doesn't ever happen in any other (ArmA2 or ArmA3) mission I played so far.

Would be really nice to have a fix for this. Otherwise it is a great mod / mission.

Are you using any AI mods such as Zeus AI, ASR AI etc.?
They cause these problems, though the biggest offender is Zeus AI. Try removing those first.

It could also be an unoptimized script throttling your CPU, though I have not experienced any freezing myself.
