Is their a way to readd the old breakingpoint spawning loot around destroy vehicles and stuff (like the dead vehicles in the middle of the road?

Also does anyone know how to fix the stuttering freezing problem (i believe it happens with the AI or zombies spawning, my screen freezes and unfreeze constantly so it hard to play in SP, works better in multilan but still a big problem.
