It should always be the arrow keys. All though depending on what keys you've changed, it might've affected the marker keys.

If you remember your binds (and you're sure that you replaced all the files from the addons folder), I'd suggest resetting them all. And then redo them. It's a pain in the ass if you have many binds, but it should fix your problem.
