To be honest with you....i did almost the samethings as you, i change skins whenever i get the chance, either looted ones or throught 0 0, i speeded up the time a little :> , but the only thing i didn't try in my last playthrouth is healing survivors, i remember using the F.. 6 method in an old playthrough, not sure wich "factions" mod was, but to make it work you'll have to reach a field hospital and than order the wounded AI to heal himself in than hospital, or...you  might get lucky enough and find a medic survivor, he'll head others by a quick order from you :) " two...heal that man" !

I'll keep an eye on that medic for you !
