I have yet another concern, though - the elektro hospital NEVER spawns ANYTHING for me, regardless of how much time I spend in the area... All hospitals share the same exact loot table, so this is rather strange. I've had mad delays at the Elektro hospital, but shit always spawn after a while. I usually go to the church and the nearby firestation, and then I got loot at the hospital.
