Changing skins with Support Call (and/or other things) used to cause the UI to not work. Chances are SC is breaking more features. The only thing I use it for is changing the weather, and it's been working fine for me. I suggest limiting what you use it for, just to test it out. Or even better, remove it and see what it leads to.
