Seems to be working fine for me :/
When launching a new game, just make sure to be in-game and wait a couple of minutes before saving & reloading - just to give it the time to initialize everything.
Also, there's a small chance that Arma 2 will crash when launching a new game : leaving the game when it happens will create a new save most of the time. If that happened to you, relaunch a game rather than resuming - the previous save is most likely corrupted.

Singleplayer saves correctly, while Multiplayer (LAN) saving is glitched.

Edit 2: My friend cant see me or other stuff like we're underground or something (he spawned underground)
