I was able to make R3F work in  1.7.7.1  (v2.4 and 2.5) by adding them to the cheat menu
First add the folder R3F in the mission file,  then go to cheats folder and add the SQF file from breaking point folder and replace the existing one (it will basicly execute R3F).
last, you have to open the monitor file in your mission folder and add a new line where you can you from the Breaking point which execute R3F (or you can add the line you want just make sure to mention Vehiclemenu sqm file).
in game open radio and it will pop out activate once.
