OK, So i have moved onto a new comp and moved all my game files over to it as well, but now when I try to run ArmA 2 OA Beta, I get an "bad serial number given in setup" error. Anyone know a fix? I can play  ArmA 2 and OA fine but the beta wont work :/

I had the same problem when I installed everything on my new PC, what fixed it for me was running Steam as admin the first time, and then run the ArmA games once. It works just fine for me now.

Hmm ok, I'll give that a go. Cant wait to play this on my new comp! It handles ArmA 2 + 3 on ultra settings with ease

Only thing that I changed was its not a WD Blue HDD and that model of motherboard I couldnt get. Instead I got an ASROCK z77 Extreme4

still waiting on the Fan, I should get it shortly after the 11th due to supplier issues (thankfully the cpu came with a fan).

havent got the monitors or sound card yet, so im using on board sound and a 42in tv.

So I tried running Steam as admin and tried to open it, but got the same message. Looking the problem up I think I may have to edit the registry.

EDIT: didnt work. I'm going to clean install everything again.

Do you know what your key is? If you do download arma 2 key changer from mpgh (its safe)

hello guys i am having some problems getting this installed.

Iv downloaded breakingzero 3.8
made a folder called @BreakingZeroX
downloaded dayz verson 1.8
copied the add-ons over from the dayz 1.8 to the @BreakingZeroX folder
then copied the add-ons from breakingzero 3.8 over to the @BreakingZeroX folder
set the launch peramters and it only loads up arma 2 oa.

what have i done wrong?

Finally got it work. I set the wrong pets motets to load.

But I have got graphical issues.
I have installed 3.8 but not SOW I will install that also and see what happens.

I'll do my best to get it out this week. It'll be for Taviana, though. I'll work on the others after that.

Changes for upcomming Taviana update:

- Bloodbag/actions fixed.
- Updated to Origins 1.7.8. (Including new vehicles etc).
- Changes from 3.8 (all epoch objects etc).
- Backpack model changed on the Small Survivalist Backpack.
That's what I can think of atm. I'll update the list at the bottom of my comments, as usual.

I have to agree with fedex, it'd be great to get a walking zombies version.  Love the mod, hate the sprinting zombies coming from 200 yards away when I'm looting or trying to repair a vehicle.
