Arma 3 - Ravage Mod Issue

i have problem here about Ravage mod for Arma 3 , it say some mod is missing. or somethink like that. i downloaded Ravage mod v0.1.79 (latest)
what do you think? it cause my version Arma3 is too old or what?
who have link or file's for update arma3? for crack?

This i don't know... I got all my Arma3 from Steam, auto updates +workshop content.  

I have no idea on manual file set ups for it.
