like the title says is there any mods that will enhance the DaiZy experience

I know I'm replying to a pretty old thread, but I'm beginning to test new mods out on various DaiyZ missions and I'll add/update the list here as I test more and more.

Support Call - "Cheat" module
A menu mod kind of like the cheat menu implemented in most DaiyZ missions, but instead accessed through the main menu by pressing "ESC" during gameplay. One of it's main features, for me, is the ability to pass time by 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, etc... Perfect for those who don't want to spend hours in the dark or vice versa.

There's plenty of awesome addons on the Armaholic site "http://www.armaholic.com".

I can't remember the names of any mods because I play without atm.

But there are addons to make blood look better, wounds look better. And even better animations.

There's not a limit of what you can do with ArmA, and the amount of addons that are already made for ArmA is insane.

I wish I could give you the name of the addons, but I can't remember.
