Hell that's confusing : it says it misses some dayz files, wich would mean you're not launching daizy properly, but on the other hand, zombies do seem to pop up in your game...
Do you have all the dayz files in the addons folder inside your @daizy folder? You should have 9 pbo files in there:
dayz
dayz_anim
dayz_code
dayz_communityassets
dayz_equip
dayz_factions
dayz_sfx
dayz_vehicles
dayz_weapons
