lan issue!

hay guys i was just wondering if anyone new how to fix this problem because when i make a server for daizy my friend join and spawns in the middle of nowhere wiv nothing no map or anything an no player model and i have read some issues about this on the forum but i just want to know if anyone has figured it out yet
