I will throw you some links mate. I play the latest of both, wich is Rz0, and 0.42c (Chernarus, Lingor and Panthera atm). This tool I'm about to link works on all maps and versions (as of now).

This is one of the tools I use to do it. The other one is a script-injector thing. Wich you would need the scripts for. However this tool has tons of weapons, vehicles. And pretty much all skins, if not all skins from ArmA2 and the expansions. (All skins work on the 0.43c version).
