Heli lifter

I am wanting to use a addon that lets me lift vehicles with a helicopter i have tried

But i was not able to get it to work using the modfolder method.

does anyone know how to get it to work or any other helicopter lifting addons?

also does anyone know of a addon/script that lets you tow cars with other cars?
