DaIzy mod don't work

Hi.

I've got troubles with DaiZy working. i've done as instructions said but when i spawn i've got clear blank map without grass, trees buildings. I can't move and use mouse, can't do anything, can't move. change camera. and i dont know what to do i have HUD and game don't crash / stops. i just can't do anything.

Can anyone help me with that?
