COWarMod question

I'm messing with my COWarMod, and I noticed when I have it added to my game, my gun looks like this on my screen:

It messes me up pretty bad, when I'm in 3rd person my hand usually clips through the gun.
Does anyone know the name of the file/.pbo to make it look like this again?:
